I reserved a room that was shown to have a walk in shower with seat. Instead, I was given a room with a tub with many secure hand rails. This was an issue for me because of my mobility issues. I was told that they only have one room with walk in shower at this facility. The soap and shampoo that are provided are locked into a bracket that is very far from the sink and shower. Having a torn rotator cuff and being of short stature, it was very hard to access the soap. I’m only mentioning this because if you have trouble reaching above your head, you might want to make sure to take your own soap. Everything else was nice about the room. It did cost more than twice as much as I’ve ever paid for a room before, so it better be nice, right?.
