After weeks of hard work at my workplace, flying in from Tennessee to Arizona for some peace and quiet was incredible. The staff was wonderful in accommodating me with the incidentals that I forgot to pack. The only downside was that the pool was temporarily closed, either way I had a wondeful stay.Thank you.
There was no problem with the room but I used a credit card I hadn’t used in a while and right after my credit card was used for purchases I did not make and my bank flagged it as fraud. We called to talk to the manager and they were not helpful and told us he was not there and they didnt know when he would be. We left a number to call back and he never called back. The dest clerk hung up on us and kept hanging up when we would call back and we could here him say “F* him”while he hung up.
