I called to book rooms, shuttles and parking while on vacation. I was led to believe I was paying for the room and the shuttle to and from the airport and parking while on vacation. When we got there, we were told that we called the wrong number and there would be an additional charge for parking. I was very upset. The lady at the desk did charge us a little less, but I am still upset that no one told us we needed to talk to someone else if we wanted the package including the shuttle and parking. The hotel was also dirty and we saw a couple roaches running across the floor. I would not stay here again.
