My stay at this hotel was very convenient due to price, proximity to the airport and the free shuttle ride service to the airport!

I called to book rooms, shuttles and parking while on vacation. I was led to believe I was paying for the room and the shuttle to and from the airport and parking while on vacation. When we got there, we were told that we called the wrong number and there would be an additional charge for parking. I was very upset. The lady at the desk did charge us a little less, but I am still upset that no one told us we needed to talk to someone else if we wanted the package including the shuttle and parking. The hotel was also dirty and we saw a couple roaches running across the floor. I would not stay here again.

The motel is very convenient.
The hotel is filthy and smells atrocious throughout the entire building. The exterior appearance matches the inside. The parking / hotel shuttle service is a joke. The staff lack in overall customer service and lack in communication skills. I would never recommend to a friend, family or a stranger. I will make that known across the entire state of Pennsylvania.
The room had dirt on the bathroom floor, a dirty towel on the floor beside the desk and garbage on the nightstand. Gross.

Decent pillows, not those big thick ones that break your neck. The girl out front was super nice and helpful. Overall a good place !
