We stay at this hotel several times a year to be close to the hospital for treatments and everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to make sure we are safe and comfortable. Thanks to everyone.
This hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Would stay here again!
The hotel and staff were beyond our expectations. Lovely room, friendly staff, great location. Recommend if you're in need of a place to stay that is driving distance from Chicago and yet away from the big city bustle but still great offerings of places to eat, shop and unwind.
When we got to the hotel the front deck person wasn’t very friendly and the pool was not open didn’t even have water in it. Long black hair on some of the towels.

Super comfortable and convenient. Loved the breakfast and easy to adjust temperature. Absolutely super staff upstairs and downstairs. Look forward to coming again.
