The staff here goes above and beyond to make one feel welcomed. Everyone we encountered including the desk receptionist, hospitality, breakfast servers and managers were all very friendly and cheerful. We had a beautiful view of the wharf, relaxed by the rooftop pool and enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. The Hyatt is an ideal location to experience all the activities going on at the Wharf and conveniently located close to the metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to DC!
The hotel’s location is awesome, and the room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job daily. Although parking was expensive, it was in a safe parking garage, so it was worth it. Overall, everything worked out well, and DC Wharf was a wonderful place to walk, ride bikes, eat, and just enjoy a good time.
room was clean staff very nice only drawback was the TV placed at the foot of the bed made moving around the room a hazard especially at night.

The Canadian beacon was flavorless, NO Beacon or scrambled eggs on the buffet.. Hotel staff was AMAZING! 😊.
I think the hotel's location is top notch (even if the entrance could be better marked). We found the house keeping staff to be very friendly and on top of things. Our interaction with the front desk staff was mixed. No one was rude/or unprofessional but there was a distached/disinterested air to the staff member that checked us in and in another case we asked a different front desk person for direction but instead of admitting they didn't know, they sent the wrong way. But the rest of the front desk staff was pleasant/greeted us when we passed through the lobby. We would stay here again.
