Fairly large facility with confusing layout. No elevator. Lobby and corridors need sprucing up. TV in first room not operational moved across hallway, TV worked but much smaller. 32inch be 44 inch. Quiet, bed comfortable. Needs EV level two plug ins. Staff very good.
Staff was friendly but the property is older, rooms have an unpleasant odor and at 6’1 the bed was too short.
The room and property were easy to find, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Staff members, especially Melody, were cordial, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The included breakfast was extensive, nutritious, and consistently well stocked. Easy access from the parking area to the first floor made it convenient to transfer luggage, personal items, and food. All in all, a return visit is definitely warranted, I’d love to explore more of what Belleville has to offer.
Room was asked to be cleaned and towels replaced. Nothing was done.
