Holiday Inn Lancaster is very clean with a wonderful staff and had all the amenities we needed.
Our room was a double queen and beds were very comfortable and room was cleaned each day. Our bathroom was well stocked and quite roomy. Plenty of closet space which included ironing board and iron. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was outstanding.

We were mislead by a booking company about amenities on this property. The staff tried to refund my money but the booking company kept hanging up on me. Then hung up on the manager here. She came up with a solution that made my family very happy. I am so grateful for the excellent service and attention to their guests specific needs.
Place is completely updated and very clean. Amazing shower! Large walk-in with great pressure. Water was always hot and water not hard. Dove products for body and hair were wonderful. Not tiny sample bottles. Best continental breakfast I’ve had from any hotel. Wide variety, healthy options as well as high protein options. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would 100% stay again!
