Very clean and beautiful room. We were on the 3rd floor and enjoyed the room, the closet space and dresser. The cute corner nook outside the bathroom by a big mirror was nice.

We enjoyed our stay and made the best of it. The rooms were all very nice and clean, but when we went to go use the hot tub found that they had filled in where it had been and was now just a concrete pad. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel. The continental breakfast was also very satisfying and did not disappoint, with many options to choose from. However, when I called to make reservations, I called the number on the google sight and first it showed up as the local hotel number and then it re routed me to a call center to finish reservations without my knowledge. I was charged for insurance on each of the 6 rooms that I reserved without my consent. I reserved five King suites and one executive suite. I had called 36 hours prior to our reservation to cancel one of the king suite rooms and had quite the go around, starting with you can't cancel any reservations after 72 hours before your stay. They did end up reimbursing me for one of the rooms due to influenza A illness, but cancelled my reservation for the executive suite instead of the king suite. I ended up finally getting a hold of the hotel the morning of our reservation to confirm and they changed things on their end and were very helpful, but could have been more of a mess. I just recommend you don't book through the lodging call center and call direct to the hotel. At least then you have 24 hour full refund for cancellations.
