I was lied too on the phone about the location and about the room .front desk avoided my question made excuses about being lied too.

You booked me for the wrong nights 360..00 then when we showed up it took over an hour to check in because you had me under Joshua muller with my card. My name is James Miller another 6 hundred and something this is the second time this has happened to us I’m not sure if I want to go to a different hotel for now on very difficult situation.

You people had me under the wrong name you also billed me 360.00 on top of the 6 hundred and something I already paid never again this happened to me and my wife before.
From initial booking through an outsources remote website to a poopy smell in our room' plumbing and defective microwave TV requiring money to watch, everything was substandard. We heard loud noises in the adjoining room and carousing in the hallway late into night ruined our sleep. We will never return!
Nice clean hotel with good location. Close to St. Augustine Amphitheater. Easy distance to restaurants.
I always stay here when im in St Augustine. Perfect location. The unset Grill is right next door with excellent food. Fantastic service.
