Desk personnel were great. Lauren when we checked in was a breath of fresh air. Very helpful with all our needs and Josh answered questions with Express points
The room was nice. But there was a hair on the bathroom floor and a dirty side table. If on the surface it’s not clean then not sure what else I’m not seeing.
The staff was friendly and professional, room A/C was appreciated, beds clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was very good.
We always appreciate this hotel and it's hospitality. Our preferred place to stay while in the Saginaw area.
