The hotel was clean. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We were extremely impressed with the staff member (we didn't get his name) that ensured that all the guests were served "hot food and coffee". He did an excellent job ensuring that everyone got what they needed. He is truly an asset to the hotel staff. He's a keeper.
Good stay. Two employees stand out! Phalen at FRONT DESK and Lawrence who handles the day shift food. Great employees!
Clean room, friendly staff. However the water pressure on 1st floor is terrible. If you don't mind flushing the toilet twice ( everytime) and standing 8 inches from the tub surrond while showering then this place is for you.

our room was ready when we arrived exhausted by a full day of connecting flights. The front staff got us right into our room even though we arrived earlier than we had estimated. I can't say enough good things about the front staff here. They are awesome.
Very Good
I was there because my husband had surgery at a nearby hospital. Mark was very understanding of my needs and very kind and considerate. I am disabled and he was able to get me a handicapped room. I would stay there again mainly because of Mark.
