Traci, who checked us in, was pleasant and knowledgeable. After determining our suite was either occupied or unavailable due to maintenance, she readily found another room and upgraded us due to the inconvenience. Our room was very nice, the breakfast was hot each day with multiple selections and the staff members we came in contact with were very courteous.
The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean with all we needed.
Called ahead, gave credit card number to reserve a room, but didn’t get the double bed room that was reserved OR the points from account. Made due on sofa bed, but everything else was okay.

The elevator area and front dear and hallways are a bit shabby, but our room and bathroom were very nice and updated. The breakfast was quite good and we sat at the tables in that area to play cards and visit. All good. We would return for sure.
