I had issues with our reservation as I lost my confirmation number but Rosa, who works at the desk, was amazing! We had many conversations over the phone and she went above and beyond Geri g everything in place with our reservation. Thank you Rosa! We would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was clean, quiet, great breakfast and a close drive to The Chanhassen.

The hotel rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was decent shampoo, conditioner and body wash (Dove) in the shower. Breakfast was okay. Outside, the walking path was a plus to the stay. We saw three deer watching us from the reserved land.

Nutritious choices at breakfast, clean, spacious room, comfy mattresses, (Keurig coffeemaker in room!) Desk service people were all very pleasant and understanding.
The hotel was very clean. Checking in was easy and seamless.

I understand buildings need to be up dated. But the fresh glue smell was way too strong. When I turned on the bathroom sink water sprayed everywhere. Breakfast needs work. Rubber sausage and the gravy had zero flavor.
We came away with many gnat bites that morning. You might want to check your building for gnat control. Thanks. Mike Kabris.
