Our room lock did not work and staff were indifferent to it. Usually better but this stay met the hotel in mess in during a remodel. Drywall dust and strong smell of carpet glue. Bright spot was the excellent breakfast.
Nice updates, bathroom is much better than prior visits.
The staff was very friendly. The faucet for my bathtub dripped constantly and the toilet was loose. I reported both things, but since I was there over a weekend, there was no maintenance person on duty to fix them.The lighting in the bathroom was very dark, so it was challenging to apply makeup, eye drops, etc.
