We like this place and we enjoy the ambiance, the service and the people. However, goosing the bill with some phony extra charge is just dishonest.
I stayed at Hyatt Ann Arbor Michigan on May 26 and 27.The room was prepaid for in February. When I went to checkout I had a charge of $156.91 on my credit card and was told this was temporary hold authorization and it would be removed. It has been one week and it has not been removed. I have called several times and keep getting told someone will call me. I have not received a call or credit issued to my card. I will no longer being staying at any Hyatt properties again.
I stayed one night and honestly it was one of the best beds I have slept in. Easy to get to the hotel and friendly staff.
