We got exactly what we booked. The room was ready, fully stocked and in great condition. We would stay here again.
Switched hotels from a place that should not be listed on any site to this fairly new Marriott. Been a Lifetime Titanium Elite for decades and expected that recognition, not so. Checked in to a dirty room, no evening housekeeping service, next day gone all day and no housekeeping and too late to get any, shower design sprays water outside area, loose fixtures, pink mold in shower, only two clothes drawers, one sink in bathroom, not comfort height toilet, few shelves and top it all with $1,000 plus in unsupported fees and taxes. Over $3300 for 9 nights, it’s not even a full service hotel. If you book online and not directly with the hotel and have a problem, hotel staff of zero assistance.
Fuimos con mi familia a pasar la noche, solo por la piscina, la cual tebia demasiado cloro y nos afecto a todos la piel, incluso adentro, nos dio mucha picazón, se sentía el cloro abajo, no estaba pre dado los jets sino hasta cuando entramos, adicional a esto tuvimos que salir de madrugada a casa porque el escándalo en el piso two era insoportable.
