From the time we checked in until the time we checked out we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond our whole stay. I was truly amazed at how accommodating and thoughtful the staff was in extending the breakfast so we runners could eat after running the Derby Half Marathon. In all of my years running at various locations in various states, I have never seen this happen before! Now that’s great customer service! Also extending the check out time for an hour, very thoughtful. Thank you so very much for making our stay a priority! We will see you again next year. Thank you again so very much!
When checking in, I was asked if I needed parking. I told the front desk it was included in the price, which I prepaid for. I still had to scan the QR and write down the license plate. The electronic panels for the buttons to press to go to the floor we were on were not flush and crooked as well as the plastic around them chipped and cracked, evidently after repair. Breakfast did not look appetizing. At all. Coffee. Terrible. We have always used Hilton hotels and this was by far, the worst. Two positives. The front desk clerk was awesome. Being able to walk a block away with a plethora of restaurants was wonderful.
Just perfect all we needed was provided in the room!
Our goal is to provide our guests with earth-conscious products and services they can feel good about. Home2 offers recycling stations throughout the hotel along with dual-flush toilets that use less water and Energy Star appliances. We also use porcelain dinnerware to minimize plastic plates, utensils and other products from filling up landfills. We have recycling stations located in the Oasis, on each floor and in every guest room. Our hotel carpeted flooring passes the Carpet and Rug Institute's rigorous Green Label certification and is made from at least 60% recycled product. Plus, we use CFL light bulbs in all lighting fixtures. Our indoor or outdoor pools are saline-based. We maintain the pools using natural minerals instead of chemicals.
