The staff was extremely nice and breakfast was great!
Booked through Union Savings while standing in the lobby of hotel. When hotel reception received our confirmation we were advised the rooms weren’t ready and they could give us an answer on when they would be (this at 6:15 pm)! We did finally get some rooms after about 20 mins wait but rooms were tired looking w cracked floor tiles. Our fridge didn’t work and wasn’t fixed or exchanged during the one night stay…. They staff were extremely nice and breakfast was great. Just a little disappointed with the lack of communication as I texted the support line but got no response till the next day!
