We were very comfortable. Everything was really great. It was a very comfortable stay and was very close to family that we were visiting.

It is a good place to stay. I have stayed here before. The shuttle to Mayo is fantastic.
The location worked out well for us. The elevator was not working. I know that happens, but it makes it hard for some of us to lug our luggage upstairs. The room smelled musty. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan, please. The person who checked me in was a bit snarky. Breakfast was good for general hotel food. In general, it was fine. You could freshen up some things.
The elevator and hot tub was broke. Room cleaned only once, water temps would go to hot,cold, than hot. Looks dingy and the rooms air conditioner was so loud. I know I won't be back here but it even makes me scared to try another.
Elevator not working. Keys not working. Cold pool. Hot tub out of order. No hot water in room. Major disappointment.
Hotel personnel, we’re very friendly, but come on folks, put little TLC into the place. It is in desperate need of some active caring. Our room, to 11, had a “stinking“ toilet. Really! That suggests a Seal has never been attended to. Breakfast or mediocre if I would’ve tried to compliment it. We will not be returning. That said, it isn’t far off from being a great place to stay but much care has to be given it before it could achieve a five star review on my part.
I was very impressed with all of it, was very surprised with the transportation over to the hospital, overall pleasant stay.
Was very disappointed in the breakfast. It was supposed to be from 6 to 9 and when we went for breakfast they had no food out! And no creamer for the coffee!
The room was clean. The breakfast was standard tasty. The staff was helpful and courteous.
We're staying at the Holiday Inn Express as my brother is hospitalized at Mayo in Rochester. The staff have been so courteous, helpful and have been very accommodating. It's day to day at this point and we keep extending. The breakfast is delicious, has a good variety and changes daily. The food is delicious and hot. Definitely recommend this hotel. I'll stay here again!
