Very good service and great personnel.

The property was very well kept and I greeted by a staff member who was amazing and very helpful and very engaged with me during my check in process.

The customer service was overall great. As a solo traveler, I felt safe.

My flight landed early. A whole two hours and 40 minutes early. I called Embassy Suites while at the airport to see if they could accommodate my early arrival. They went above and beyond. Big shout out to the Fayetteville, NC Embassy Suite that is located close to the Croos Creek Mall. The front desk was extremely polite and the gentleman that checked me in on 1July 2025 was dressed so professional, I thought he could run for Congress. This hotel is a class act. And the food at the BAR is amazing along with the cold cold beer and timely bar tender.

Staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Room was not what was reserved. Lights were out in room and faucet was leaking.

This place was heaven upon check in. All staff, lobby, room smelled great and were clean. Service, atmosphere, food were great.

The Hilton team provided a wonderful experience during my stay. I especially want to give a shout out to the chef and team in the restaurant along with the servers. The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional.

The staff was professional, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

My reservation was not honored, I was there for a funeral. My Niece. When I looked at my reservation it was not what I reserved.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. All staff we came in contact with were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and everything was so clean. We will always stay here if they have availability.

Extremely friendly staff; everyone was smiling and greeted me wherever I went. The bed was so comfortable and warm. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Our room was so spacious and I love that I could not hear folks in the next room; really sound proof. Awesome stay; well worth the money.
