Our door in room 223 was not working properly I called down to the desk and requested the door repaired thinking it would be first thing in the morning at best. Well in five minutes of my call at 8:30 pm here was the maintenance man accompanied by the desk attendant. The door was readjusted with the proper tools within minutes. Thank you very much!
I arrived late to the hotel after a long day of travel. The lady at the front desk was incredible. Went way above and beyond to help me out and get me into the room I’d requested. Very much appreciated. I wish I had caught her name. I stayed there on Jan 13 and checked in close to midnight.
Very clean and comfortable! Absolutely no complaints. Price of room was very reasonable.
