This is a nice hotel in a nice location. The pool area is great and the price was good. The room was very spacious considering the low rate. However, after being in the room for a few hours there were two things in particular that made it hard to enjoy the rest of the stay. One, the bathtub drain came all the way out to reveal a rat's nest of hair and what I believe was a piece of gum, right at the mouth of the drain. It was sickening and made my skin crawl. I grabbed a wash cloth and removed what I thought should be the whole mess, but there was more. So incredibly disgusting. I balled up the washcloth and tried to ignore the ick factor as I took my shower instead of my intended and much anticipated hot bath. Later, as I was moving a bench to make room for a baby crib in the bedroom, I came across a mouth guard or retainer on the floor. I was shocked still for a moment. If one of my toddlers or baby had picked up that thing or god forbid put it in their mouth.. I would have probably lost it. As it was, we were only staying for one night and the kids had a blast in the pool, so I let the disgusting hair ball and retainer go. But I will say that I will have a very hard time justifying another stay here.
