My guest and I didn't, feel safe at the hotel site. Upon entering the room it had a musty moldy, smell it triggered my asthma. The bathroom/kitchen sink was dirty, holes in walls. I was very, very uncomfortable and very, very disappointed to where my guest I couldn't rest peacefully. So I had to leave that morning, wanted to speak to a manager, I was informed no manager was on site and was told to call back on Monday.
Dirty, horrible bedding, dead bolt between suits was missing and plugged with wadded up paper towel. Responded to an ad for hotel with Bfast for 74$. Called to book and was told it was 174 (not what ad said). Started to hand up and I was told there were other options. Arrived at American Best Value, garbage was laying out by rooms. In addition to issues mentioned prior, room stank of cigarette smoke. I was told the money for room was not refundable (88$). Did offer to upgrade for no charge, but this room was only marginally better and I was worried about bed bugs. It also smelled of smoke. In the end I just left and drove half the night to finally sleep in my car.
