Our recent visit to this hotel was a letdown. The room's refrigerator was excessively loud at night, sounding like a blower. Showering was a nightmare due to backed up tub water, causing delays and inconvenience. We also noticed mold spots in the bathroom ceiling and the room was dirty. Pulling out the sofa bed revealed food and trash, which was unhygienic. The room's temperature was unbearable, feeling hot and muggy. To top it off, the kitchen light didn't work. Overall, our experience was unpleasant and we wouldn't recommend this hotel. The only positive thing about this trip was the great customer service at the front desk and great breakfast and clean area.
Yes. We have a Green Engage program set into place at our hotel. We make sure lights are shut off when not being used ( This includes our guests rooms ), we offer a full cleaning 3 times a week with light touches in between, we hardly use plastic or Styrofoam plates and bowls for our social and breakfast and use environment friendly chemicals for our hotel
We have social hour Monday thru Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and it is complementary dinner, beer and wine. Fitness Center, Business Center,and 24 hour Coffee is all complementary
