We wanted to have some time in de Lago casino the night before a very early appointment the next day. Customer Service was friendly and check in and out was flawless. We enjoyed our room, the casino and restaurants. Thank you de Lago! We will be back!

Rooms are clean and spacious.
Was in the area for a wedding and was happy with the stay. Not a gambler so I cannot really comment on the casino but the service overall and cleanliness of the property was good.
The staff is very accommodating. People are amazing, tables are social and fun, I’ll be back soon.

I and my girlfriends booked a weekend event in Syracuse that was abruptly changed due to a large concert and we were forced to change our itinerary. So we decided to give this casino a try. What a great choice! We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. Our concierge was great moving four women's belongings up to our spacious rooms. ALL of my additional requests were met with professionalism and truly happy employees throughout the whole establishment. I can't wait to stay again!
I watched a show at The Vine and went to spa that was nice. Everything was nice. The rooms are nice, the staff is very helpful and accommodating.
