Could be a little cleaner pool showers and carpeting I asked a worker in the dining area you had some milk at 8:30 am for he shook his head and said no and walked away Other wise it is a nice hotel.
We have stayed at this hotel several times when we travel to see our family. Normally, we've had good experiences. This last time, however, the staff was rude, breakfast was not served at the time posted (6 am), when we came back through the second time on our way home, breakfast was there, but even the "hot" food was only barely warm. The guest profile also seems to have changed. It seems like it has become the place for partiers rather than families. Someone even vomitted right in front of the door and then just went right back into the eating area and started being around people again without even telling the clerk. I had to tell them. It was gross, right in front of the front doors where you pull in. We did not sleep well or enjoy our nights. We pretty much left as quickly as possible. I'm doubting I return and will find another Albert Lea hotel to suit my needs.
A pleasant stay! Good breakfast! Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff gave us a remote to watch NCAA tournament games in breakfast area!

My family and I met here to spend the weekend together. Staff was VERY gracious to our mob as we took over the pool area. There were lots of towels and staff was patient with us. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was quiet at night. Will be back!
The hotel is always very clean. Breakfast is very good. And staff are very pleasant.
The desk clerk was very sweet and friendly. The rooms are cute, cozy, clean and very affordable. Couldn't ask for more. Also, very nice pool area, breakfast and cable TV too, in case you just want to lie down and watch a movie for a bit. Highly impressed and I'd definitely recommend to friends and family.
