This is the worst hotel state I have ever had. Upon arrival after booking my hotel room four weeks in advance and paying in full, the room I booked, which was two double beds that was not available so me and my adult daughter was seven hours away from home and had to settle for a king size bed. The maintenance in the hotel is unreal. Our door keys didn’t work actually a friend of ours that was staying also was given the master key so she literally could get into every room in the hotel.. talk about HIPAA! There was a do not disturb sign on my door just because I didn’t want anyone coming in our room and maintenance/house keeping knocked and disregarded the soor hanger completely. There is no one at the front desk when you need them they run back and forth between this hotel and the one across the street and they watch you on camera so they know when you’re at the desk so you’re waiting a good five to 10 minutes for someone to get there. I have NEVER had a hotel experience like this. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, I’m currently waiting on a manager/supervisor to return my call in lieu of a price adjustment/refund which has been almost a week in the making.
