They advertised a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. They gave me a first floor unit with a small deck and no balcony. Their definition of a balcony does not match the common definition of a balcony. Also bathroom was extremely small. It certainly did not meet ADA standards. Abigail at the front desk was not very helpful. I tried to upgrade to a better room, but she said there were no other available rooms. I know that the hotel was less than half full at the time.
Very expensive, it was clean but the room was older. Only thing you’re paying for is location.

The ocean was 1/4 miles away I should not have been charged that enourmous amount For that price I should be hearing the waves very misleading. Lost my trust.
