The rooms were very clean and the bedding very comfortable. Love the 24 hour coffee and Tea service. Didn't get a chance to use the pool which looked very clean. They had a small gym but it worked for me. Can't rate the free breakfast as I did not partake. Overall a very clean and efficient Hotel. I would stay there again.
We come to Surprise to watch the Royals' Spring Training and just love staying with you. The entire staff is so helpful, professional and very pleasant. Our room, clean and comfortable. We like that housekeeping comes every day for clean towels and our trash. Those are small things, but I truly appreciate them. Breakfast is always a variety and delicious. My husband especially loves the 24 hour coffee! We are already planning our visit next year! Thank you!

Our complimentary Fresh Start breakfast is open Monday-Friday 6:30am-9:30am and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-10:00am. We serve a variety of healthy and hearty items including scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, breads and muffins as well as our delicious hot cinnamon rolls.

Very pleasant reception and check in. Room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Felt high end with roomy spaces. Lovely bathroom extras and size. Good selection of TV channels. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
Housekeeping did a great job making sure our room was kept up and the breakfast area was clean and well managed. We had excellent accommodations for our banquet and the staff at the front desk was always friendly and helpful.
