This is the worst managed Marriott property I have stayed in. I referred a business group to stay for a meeting and I was embarrassed by the poor quality of the rooms and the restaurant. The service was poor, the furniture was damaged and the seats were worn. For the price of the rooms, we should have stayed somewhere else. I am from Columbus and this used to be a quality hotel. What happened?.
Room was mediocre, plugs didn't work, safe didn't work, the room had two full size beds, not queen as specified on website. Valet, be so careful, they'll try to double charge you and make you sit in the lobby forever waiting. The staff aren't people friendly and they could care less when anyone complains. Sitting in the lobby anxiously waiting for our car, there were four other people at front desk complaining, one lady left she said her room was so disgusting she wasn't about to stay. Another lady had things stolen from her room. This place isn't a great place to stay, over priced for sure.
