When I first came, neither of the suites I reserved were ready. They got one ready for me and they had to clean the other one the tub in one of the suites was stopped up so bad and no one ever took a shower in it I called downstairs and the sent up a plunger with feces all over it and put it in front of my door for me to unclog the tub myself I guess. The customer service was good. I can’t complain about that. It was a really nice hotel.
Costumer services was pretty good.
