Overall the hotel was fine, but what good is a hotel if you can't get into the bed! You can't sit on it either. They should provide a step stool at least. What is the point of having the bed so high?? I'm not a little person, I'm average hight. It would be impossible for a short, elderly, or handicapped person to get into one of these beds.I will not ever stay there again and will always check their bed hights before booking a room. Shame on Windham.

This hotel is exceptional. Very clean and updated, the showers are extremely powerful with instant hot water. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable (and I’m picky). One of the few left with a hot tub (which was clean and in working condition). This hotel also has a nice little bar with good drinks and friendly staff. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. This particular one has always been exceptional when we’ve stayed.
I booked reservations for out of town guests and they were thrilled with the experience. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. I talked with the Manager several times during the booking process and she was extraordinarily helpful. I will work with them again next year during our family gathering.
