Been here before. Excellent service and room conditions. Impressed.
Overall the hotel was fine, but what good is a hotel if you can't get into the bed! You can't sit on it either. They should provide a step stool at least. What is the point of having the bed so high?? I'm not a little person, I'm average hight. It would be impossible for a short, elderly, or handicapped person to get into one of these beds.I will not ever stay there again and will always check their bed hights before booking a room. Shame on Windham.
