I paid at least $125 more than I should had for the poor condition of my room.
Stayed at another HI Express in Bethlehem PA for $109/night. Thought I was calling this establishment to reserve for next night except it wasn’t the front desk (I learned later ) and rate was $100 higher ($209). Front desk couldn’t even print a receipt only available through 3rd party. Otherwise the hotel was great in all respects.
Made me pay 175 instead of 119. Actually held my room but because it wasn't paid on Dec 23 they made me pay a huge 175.
