We needed a hotel for Christmas visit and Microtel came through with flying colors! Emil at the front desk was most helpful and attentive to our needs.
The hotel was very good.
The room was comfy, perfect size. The staff was really terrific in answering all my questions about local stuff. I had never heard of Microtel but I'm a huge fan now. The price was decent and overall way better than any airbnb.
Found this place after every hotel in the Rochester outlining areas were booked solid. This was perfect. Clean and modern, respectable, all you need for an overnight stay.

I checked in after dinner time on a Friday night. After receiving my key to my room, I was shown that there were fresh made still warm cookies for guests. They were delicious. The hotel is clean, neat and the staff is fabulous.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable and the room was perfectly clean and fresh. Room is “micro” but comfortable and perfect for us as we were out all day anyway. Would definitely stay again.
Smooth check in. Traveled with a dog and my room was conveniently by an exit door for quick in/out for potty. My second time staying here, I would book again for future visits.
Room very clean. Desk clerk friendly and accommodating.
