Pleasant staff clean room.
We had been booked at another property when our travel plans changed due to weather. When the other property couldn’t accommodate the extra night we took a chance on Indigo. It was an amazing surprise. We loved the room. It was pristine, comfortable, quiet and perfect for our stay. The Crave restaurant in the lobby is beautiful and excellent. The hotel walkways connect directly to Mayo so we never had to go outside in the bitter cold. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again if we need to return to Rochester.

Very few amenities. CS not real good at answering?’s. Next visit we’ll try the Marriot.
