Hotel is in very rough shape, can tell they are working on upgrading but the price for the rooms is too high for the conditions of the rooms, halls etc. Need to make sure every room has an do not disturb sign sign, list of pool hours and breakfast hours. Chairs need covers, upholstery repair or replace. Complete the paint job in bathroom. Make sure backsplash of tub color matches the tub.These little things brings down quality of the rooms and felt that we were over charge for the rooms. Not quality for $300 night stay.

Very clean room, great breakfast, our second visit.
Clean, nice rooms, Breakfast could use some work. Overall was a good stay.
Easy check on, breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, pastries and sausage patties. Keisha at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
