Always clean always tidied up on second day staff friendly. Breakfast pretty good.
We booked a room on June 1,for a June 7th stay it was going to be an outdoor event the price for the room was $ 469.00 dollars a little on the high side the weather for the outdoor event was going to be nice we checked a few days later and the weather was going to be rain the event was cancelled I called and explained the situation and was told because we did not pay the extra $ for a cancellation their was nothing we can do it's either lose the $ 469.00 dollars or drive two hours just to stay in a hotel. .. we found out later that the going rate for the room was $ 254.00 dollars we mentioned this and the young woman at the front desk said we booked this through Priceline I said no we didn't we have stayed here before and always book here directly we actually called Priceline gave them the Itinerary No#, the Confirmation No# etc we were told you did not book through us even though Holiday Inn said we did we felt as seniors we were taken advantage us $$ also the room they gave us #117 was on the first floor right next to the elevator so we could hear people coming and going also closest room to where you check in at the front desk again we felt we were taken advantage of this will be the last time we ever stay at a Holiday Inn.
We highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast included hot and cold items. Everything we needed including nice staff.

the say was nice. hotel was clean staff was wonderful but I was over charged from everyone else in the group by $140.00 on a two night stay. so I cant give a good five a star due to the over charge. thats a lot over than the rest of our group.
my over all was a nice stay. the staff was wonderful, the room was clean. however I gave a lesser star due to the fact I was charges $70.00 extra both nights so a total of $140.00 more than the others were and there was a get together of many staying there we were dicussing our rate for the room. seams I was charged for $140.00 more in fees. I was not happy so hence the lesser star review.
Not sure where to start. Bed is to close to the floor. I was not able to stand without help. People in the room above me made noise until 1:45 AM. I went to take a shower and when I sat on the shower chair it collapsed and I fell to the floor hitting my back and head, needed three men to get me off the floor. I will not stay there again ever again.
Very clean, quiet hotel. Mya at front desk was very helpful; easy in easy out.
