What a treasure to have in Elberton! The hotel, restaurant/bar is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are very clean. We wouldn't stay anywhere else while visiting Elberton and the surrounding areas.

I arrived around 5:30 pm, they were waiting for us and greetings us with a smile. They introduced themselves! Each person on duty and ask if I need anything.
We have stayed at this hotel four times and always had great service. The rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and the food was great. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with friendly Staff, this is by far one of the best places to stop. The General Manager is excellent. My wife and I enjoyed talking with her. We will be back next June.

I recently stayed at the Samuel Elbert Hotel while on a golf trip to Arrowhead Pointe at Richard B. Russell State Park and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel was charming, clean and perfectly located right in the heart of Elberton’s quaint and friendly town square. We spent time exploring local shops and enjoyed discovering some great hidden gem restaurants and bars nearby. The Sam Elbert itself has a fantastic in house bar and restaurant, which was incredibly convenient for nights we chose to stay in. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming and the staff were top notch. If you're visiting the greater Elberton, GA area, I highly recommend staying here. Whether you're in town for golf, sightseeing, or just passing through, this hotel is a gem. I’ll absolutely be back again!
