I submitted the booking online and noticed immediately that I had the wrong date. I called the one 800 number and connected with someone that barely spoke english. I called again and the same thing. I called a third time and was relieved that this customer service person spoke english and said that they could help me. They took my information and said that they would take care of the problem. The problem with that is that they did nothing. My credit card was charged and I have no recourse to have my money refunded when all I wanted to do was change the date five minutes after clicking a button. I will never call again!
