I have stayed here a few times and have always been satisfied!
The jacuzzi was not working. In room 305 water was leaking from the air conditioner and a rail was hanging off the bed in room 306. I want a refund or portion of ny money back!

Thank you for making My stay comfortable And inviting.
Made reservations for two separate nights, was assured they were handicap accessible rooms on first floor with two beds. Both nights when arrived rooms were not as reserved even after verifying wioth hotel in person after the first night the details for the second night. First night the hotel was being renovated, fresh paint fumes, ceiling fixtures hanging down, clearly not ready for hotel guests but was told I should have known "it was on the website that hotel was being rennovated". Requested follow up phone call from management and was not contacted.

I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff and clean room.
Room was sparkling clean and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Could have given higher rating, but breakfast offering was disappointing.
