hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and professional, breakfast was good.
I had a family emergency and left on the 15th of January two days earlier than planned. However I never had service in my room. I had to ask for toilet paper on three separate occasions. I had to ask for two clean towels on one occasion. I had to ask for toilet Tissues on another occasion. The actually finally changed my sheets and vacuumed on the 14th.So that was 9 days without receiving any service. I lived in North Scottsdale for 50+ years and wow, this was truly unexpected and unexceptable. I was astonished that I was told by housekeeping and the front desk 'oh your not on the list' housekeeping told me to ask at the front desk to request to be placed on the list and then, we'll, NOTHING. I was truly taken aback this is a Hampton Inn. Disappointed is how I will end this. Sincerely, Renee'Kirk.
