I've been staying in this hotel eveytime I go to Tampa to visit my son on a yearly basis. My only issue this year was the lock doesn't work most of the time in our room or the back entrance. The good thing is our room is on the first floor. I called them directly to booked our stay here but when I noticed on my statement I was billed twice I called them of course front desk transferred my call I was told I booked thru Priceline. So upon my arrival I spoke to Tara who was at the front desk I was told I won't be earning points and that happens all the time when I call the hotel directly. How do I book my stay in order to earn points?.
