Three of us just spent three nights at the Torrington Holiday Inn Express. Their staff was very accommodating. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at hotels. Excellent coffee and choice of food. They even have a after hours beer garden on week nights. Pet friendly. I have been coming to this hotel for about seven years. good price and nice rooms. Yes I will be back. BMC.

This hotel is clean, has friendly staff. Every staff member we saw was friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Some examples of breakfast were omelets, bacon, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal with individual milk containers, bagels with cream cheese regular or flavored, bread for toast and muffins.
Very unhappy for a holiday inn.

Location was very convenient. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with nice choice of items. Would stay here again.
Elevator not working and the lobby was very cold. Breakfast was awesome. Wish there were some gluten free bread options.
