The hotel clerk was very nice.
This was a last minute decision. Overall it was good, the computers were down so they couldn't process my cc for incidentals, but did still allow us to check in. The bed was comfy.
This hotel has always been a great place to stay and we ALWAYS stay here when we go to Jenks. They have nice, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. I would like to especially acknowledge Zen at the front desk. She is so helpful, friendly, nice and so pleasant. She remembers us every time we visit. Also a wonderful representative of Holiday Inn is Maria, who works in the kitchen and makes those wonderful breakfasts. She also is very helpful and always friendly. Can't wait to come back and visit!
Great breakfast, beds and pillows, big bathroom, nice view, very clean, nice snack area and pool very nice and friendly staff, close to everything.

After discussing issues with other guests, at this Holiday Inn, most temperature controls were not user friendly. Had to unplug the Heating Air Conditioner unit.
Excellent service. Very friendly and welcoming at front desk. Nice breakfast. Efficient housekeeping. Beautiful view.
