We accidently left a item in our room when we checked out. They left a message on our home phone inquiring if we wanted the item sent to us. We called and Fran, at the front desk, offered to mail it back to us at no cost to us. Truly above and beyond as we thought the item was gone for good.
Friendly staff and clean rooms, though slightly dated. Would stay here again.
Learned a valuable lesson to book directly through the hotel and not use third party booking agents.
