I had issues at first with the air conditioning. I was told to bring the room keys to the front desk and we were assigned a different one.

Five star hotel! Clean rooms and friendly people, had a great stay.
I just needed a hotel for the evening while traveling for work and it was perfect. Highly recommended.
The bed is excellent. I really like that. They give a soft pillow and a firm pillow for each side of the king size bed. The morning breakfast that is free is outstanding. The room was clean. Excellent hotel.
Hotel staff was polite and accommodating. It was clean and quiet.
