When I arrived at the hotel, it was determined that I had booked the room for the 18th instead of 17 January. It was after a long bus ride from San Francisco and I didn’t have anywhere else to stay. The receptionist was not helpful not friendly offered no solutions And basically left me with no alternative for any place to stay.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Location was convenient. Parking was adequate. Building was very well kept.
The location of this hotel is great, especially if you are wine tasting in the Healdsburg area. It's close to good restaurants too. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.
