Everything was fine, look forward to my next stay.
Went to HEATED pool. I cold. Went back to room. Wife took a shower. I went in and no hot water. Waited 15 minutes and hot. Weird.
Only thing TV didn't work.

Arrived early. Was able to check in. Staff very accommodating.
No sleep because of bed, no explanation as to why they disregarded my request for an adjoining room, breakfast was lacking. Was very disappointed.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Our experience with this hotel was going good until I was woken up at three in the morning by bug bites on my arm and back. After looking around the bed, I ended up finding and killing three bed bugs. Did not get any sleep after that to be able to watch over my two little ones and make sure they weren't getting bit as well.
The customer service was excellent the room was clean I enjoyed my stay !
Very clean and up to date. The only thing was they need to clean around the tub faucet and recaulk and recaulk around the top of the tub Friendly.
