Couldn't connect to Internet. Girl at desk did it right away. Got enough towels and trash emptied everyday. Wonderful service.
The TV remote was not programmed. Staff were not trained to program new remotes. We paid to have use of the TV. We want a credit. The Holiday Inn said it had to be authorized by you as we booked through you.
