We had hoped to use the pool and overall our stay was reasonable because we were going to family nearby but if this were our main vacation, we would’ve been pretty upset. The surfaces is selected for this remodel are substandard. Possibly the tabletop materials in the rooms are vertical material as stains were already on there and it’s brand new. Also the shades are supposed to be blackout but there is light coming through the bottom so it was a waste of money to add all the extra costs to have a blackout shade. The towels were not great.. a little scratchy The design is fine. The aesthetic is good of the quality. It would’ve been better if the product such as the body wash was not scented.

Even though your place was under renovation, it was kept in good shape for guests to get in and out. And the construction workers were very friendly.
First, when I called to get reservations, I thought I was talking to the hotel and learned that it was a booking agency that cost me more money. Second, the breakfast was not acceptable for the money. We paid only a few items of cold food.
They stay was nice comfortable and enjoyable.
Our room was clean…the linens were top notch! The breakfast was hot and tasty! The coffee was just right!
Outstanding staff and service. Benjamin was such a blessing. I asked Benjamin for a few extras to make my husband's stay a bit easier. Benjamin did a fantastic job making our stay a comfortable and good time.
